A Knight Before Christmas - update
A quick update on my Knight Before Christmas appeal, it is closing in a few hours and we have broken the target, raising £580 as of this morning. I am very pleased with this and thank everyone who donated for their support.
It is with heavy heart that I must inform you all that while we raised our target amount, we have in a sense failed in our original objective of building some happy memories for the boys with their mum, as sadly she passed away just over a week ago. The money will still go to the family, although now it won't be for the original purpose, it'll be for whatever the hell they need to get through this very difficult time. Thank you once again for all the donations, and once the appeal closes we'll produce a list of tickets and use a random number generator to decide a winner - we shall then use the Justgiving thank you message to announce the winners and ask them to get in contact to make arrangements for their prize.
