These aren't bases, it's a display board that will match the muddy wet bases of my deffskull tribe. Thinking of taking the Boyz to a tournament in November and having a display tray always makes life easier, and if it looks good that's a bonus.
And yes, the Shok Attack Gun is still much loved, if anything more so. The beauty of the random nature of Orks. you can't plan for it. So you'd definitely never want to take anything so unreliable to a tournament... ;)
